  • Location Information: We may request access to your device's location services in order to facilitate community meetups. Location data is used only to suggest and coordinate relevant local connections and is never sold or used for unrelated marketing.
  • Device and Usage Data: We may collect technical information such as your device type, browser type, IP address, local time zone, and usage activity to improve our Services and your experience.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver and improve our Services.
  • Communicate with you, including sending emails and text messages you have opted in to receive.
  • Process payments via Stripe.
  • Facilitate community meetups based on your location (with your consent).

  • Opting In/Out: You may opt in to receive emails and text messages during signup or by adjusting your notification settings. You do not need to Opt-In to use the Eyozi platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the links provided in our messages, by contacting us directly, or by turning off notifications in your account settings.
  • Location Services: You can control location sharing at any time through your device settings.
  • Cookies & Tracking: We may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance user experience; you can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
  • Access, Change, or Deletion of Personal Data: You may request to access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us by the link at the top of your account or by emailing info@eyozi.life. We will respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain data.
  • California Privacy Rights: If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Please note that certain features of our platform, such as community matching and location-based services, rely on limited data sharing to function. If you choose to opt out, only basic mood tracking functionality will work; paid features will be disabled until you update your preferences.
